I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Frinet Kasper and her team during my Invisalign treatment. She always took the time to clearly explain each step, was incredibly kind and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also love that she speaks Spanish, it’s wonderful to have bilingual specialists available. Every visit has been a positive experience, with an amazing, attentive staff. I’m now toward the end of my treatment, and I’m very happy with the results!

This was my first visit at this practice. I was pleased with the whole experience. The office on West Street has plenty of parking around it. The front desk women were responsive and pleasant. Anna, the hygienist, was also pleasant and seemed proficient and gentle. The office has something I have not seen before; it scanned my mouth and was useful when the dentist was showing me what needed to be done. The dentist recommended that I have a crown but she did not push me at all.

Have gone to Dr. Kasper since 2017. I had a week to find someone for a pre surgery consult. She was able to get me in and fill a cavity to ensure I was healthy for my surgery. I have recommended her to everyone I know. Very nice, thoughtful and flexible with appointments. Her staff is always nice as well.

I recently switched to Old Town Dentistry and had a great experience. During my first cleaning, Dr. Kasper found a few deep cavities that my previous dentist had missed. Thankfully, she caught them in time before they turned into root canals. She also noticed signs of teeth grinding and took 3D scans to make a custom night guard, which fits perfectly and will help prevent further wear and decay. When I came back to get my fillings done, Dr. Kasper and her assistant worked so smoothly together. They were completely in sync, and the appointment went very efficiently without any fumbling or delays. The work was done to a high standard and much quicker than expected considering the amount of work needed. Dr. Kasper is kind, thorough, and truly cares about quality. The whole team is great. Her assistant makes sure you're comfortable the entire time, and Grechen and Nicole at the front desk are extremely helpful, kind, and explains everything clearly. Highly recommend this office

The team at Old Town Dentistry made my first appointment absolutely painless (dare I say relaxing?) Summer, the dental hygienist, was friendly, informative, and incredibly gentle. Dr. Kasper was also incredibly warm and took the time to walk through my concerns and offer options for follow-up care. When we decided that I needed to repair some of my existing fillings, the front desk staff person was prepared with a quote that made very clear what my insurance would cover and what would be my responsibility—super transparent. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and I’ve had an amazing experience. The staff is always welcoming and on top of scheduling. The dentist really takes time and care into her work and communicates well! I’ve had horrible pains shortly after getting a crown from a previous provider. Dr. Kasper was able to identify the issue and walked me through a treatment plan which helped alleviate the intense pains I’ve had. Also made sure my retainers fit my tooth properly. Sensitivity and pain in that tooth is gone! Never had great service at a dental office like this before!

I have been going to Dr. Kasper for over 5 years and it has been a good experience. I started off nervous because I had to switch dentists and had to build a relationship all over again and since pandemic times, the entire team have showed nothing but care. The team will not do any unnecessary work, they advocate for you with the insurance companies and most importantly the team takes the time to meet you where you are at with your oral health education and add to it. Best dentist I’ve had anywhere. I came to Dr. Kasper rather distressed, with a crown that had been done poorly somewhere else. She fixed it with speed and compassion and I’ve stuck with her ever since!

Can't express how happy I am I found Dr. Kasper and her team! The entire office is very friendly and helpful. They are very flexible with scheduling; I have never had a difficult time finding an appointment that works with my schedule. I recently had work done by Dr. Denis Peper. He was recommended by a friend and he is honestly the best dentist that I have ever been to. I have had my share of bad dentist's over the year's including one in NYC that did unnecessary work. Instead, Dr. Peper did an excellent job of putting a cap on an implant for me. He matched the coloring beautifully and was very good at walking me through each step of the procedure. I would highly recommend him. I also like the rest of the team. I am a critical old Italian lady with high expectations and rarely give compliments. I was so impressed with everyone here that they deserve me taking the time to write a review. I have had 6 dentures made by 6 different dentists over the past 28 years. Some dental clinics were worse than others. Each one gave me different advice on common issues. I just moved again and needed to find a new Dentist. The first call was to the receptionist who spent a long time with me answering my questions about self pay fees etc. for denture relining and/or a new set. She was wonderful explaining patiently and courteously and got right back to me with answers to questions she did not know. I was impressed so far so I made an appointment. I was taken on time, there was plenty of parking on the street and everything discussed ahead of time happened. Then I met the Dentist who is by far THE BEST DENTIST I EVER HAD! Not only was she cheerful, respectful and knowledgeable, she took her time explaining things in detail to me in an understandable way. She told me things I have never heard from any other Dentist that made perfect sense (and confirmed by an internet search). She is very meticulous to details and perfection. She also told me how she takes great pride in making sure her clients have the best treatment possible including water filters for all the dental instruments/sinks. Then, I was talking to another staff member who told me they take extra precaution with patient information and data, backing it up to a hard copy and storing it off premise. So, yes, I am extremely impressed. The only negative comment I can share is that the prices were medium high compared to "affordable dentistry discount businesses". Dr. Kasper is far and away the best dentist I have ever had. She has used her immense skill to replace five old amalgam fillings with composite ones, as well as fit two crowns on teeth split by my old metal fillings. During and after all of these procedures, I have never felt even an instant of pain. Dr. Kasper is both the consummate professional and a caring and thoughtful human being. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent dentist. Good care and always on time. Usually there is plenty of free street parking right outside. The cancellation policy is strict though with a high fee for canceling so I wouldn’t recommend booking your appointment 6 months out of you need flexibility.

I just finished my Invisalign journey with Dr. Kasper, and I had a great experience getting that done through the office. She worked with me to make sure I was happy with the end result, and I really appreciate the time she spent with me over the months at our check ins.

I started going to Dr. Kasper 2 years ago when my insurance changed and I couldn’t keep going to my other preferred dentist. They are nice and friendly and the place is clean and professional. My issue was with the first bigger dental work I had to have done 4 days ago with two fillings that I was skeptical about needing in the first place. They do do a nice job of showing and explaining everything but the procedure of getting the two fillings done was the worst dentist experience I’ve had. It was extremely painful and after she completed the first, I about stopped her and wanted to walk out before getting the second done. I have a high pain tolerance and this was almost too much for me. Now I have a swollen face and “chipmunk” cheeks as a result and it’s only getting worse 4 days later. There’s a cut/sore on the inside of my mouth where she did one of the fillings that I believe is causing the swelling. It was very hard to eat and painful to open my mouth the next few days after and I’ve been taking ibuprofen everyday to help the pain. I called to ask about the swelling and pain and have yet to receive a call back. Suffice it to say, I will not be returning and paying out of pocket to return to my old dentist who I adore and trust. Although they are nice there, it’s not worth the pain and what I went through to return.

Dr. Kasper is awesome. Woke up with a bad toothache. New to town. Neighbor recommended. Called and she got me in right away. Diagnosed needing to see an endodontist, got me an appointment right away. Had my emergency taken care of by 5 pm! OTD is now our dentistry practice for life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kasper since she opened her practice in Alexandria. As a senior citizen, I have visited many dentists. Dr. Kasper is the absolute best by far. Her skills are superb. She has saved several teeth that I feared loosing. Not only highly skilled, but warm, knowledgeable, communicative, and an office staff that share all of those attributes. Without reservation, I recommend her to all who ask me for a recommendation.

During a recent check-up she proactively identified an impending issue, then worked me into her tight schedule to ensure treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Everything about this dental office is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, the office is clean and organized, and Dr. Kasper is the BEST. She is the most skilled dentist that I've ever been to. She always explains everything, she is incredibly gentle, she is professional yet friendly, and she just goes the extra mile with everything. Here are 3 examples of some "above and beyond" things that she did on my last visit: 1. She put vaseline on my lips so they didn't get dry 2. She polished a brown spot on another tooth just out of kindness (no charge) 3. She is going to re-write a request for coverage to my insurance company for a crown that I need but they denied the first time (extra work for her). I can't say enough great things about Dr. Kasper and Old Town Dentistry. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I originally went to Old Town Dentistry for a second opinion after learning I needed extensive and painful dental procedures. From the start, Dr. Kasper and her staff were friendly and welcoming.
